1. Eligibility and accounts

The Services are provided for authorized business users. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Permitted use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Misuse client, factory, style, or other business data you can access
• Reverse engineer or copy the Services except as allowed by law

3. Business data

You and your organization remain responsible for data entered into the Services (including styles, orders, TNA information, documents, and communications). You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process that data through the Services.

4. Intellectual property

Konception and its licensors own the Services, including software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Konception intellectual property to you. Your organization retains ownership of its business content submitted to the Services.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as we improve the platform.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konception is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the three months before the claim, or INR 0 if no fees apply.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for security or legal reasons, or upon account closure. You may request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
