If you want to permanently delete your Konception ERP or Konception Designs mobile app account, email us with the details below. We will process valid requests and permanently delete your account.

How to request deletion

Send an email to crm.konception@gmail.com
Use this subject line: Account Deletion Request - Konception ERP
In the email body, include your registered email address (the same email you use to sign in).

Suggested email body

Hello Konception team,

I would like to permanently delete my Konception ERP / mobile app account.

Registered email: [your registered email here]

Please delete my account and associated personal data.

Thank you.

What happens next

We will verify the request using your registered email and related account details.
After verification, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data from active systems.
Some limited records may be retained only where required for legal, security, or audit obligations.

Important

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you will no longer be able to sign in to Konception ERP or the mobile app with that account.
